User Data Deletion
Last updated: 16 August 2026
You can ask us to delete your Kabza account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what we delete, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Until in-app deletion is available, email us and we will handle the request manually:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your Kabza account (the Google or Facebook email you signed in with).
- Use the subject line “Delete my Kabza data”.
- We may reply to confirm it’s really you before deleting, since deletion is permanent.
In-app account deletion (Settings → Delete account) is planned; this page will be updated when it ships.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in identifier).
- Your recorded run tracks (GPS history).
- Your claimed territories and leaderboard standing.
Note: because Kabza is a shared map, territory you previously captured may have already changed hands to other players through normal play. Ground currently held by other players is theirs and is not affected by your deletion. We may retain limited records where required by law, or in anonymised/aggregate form that no longer identifies you.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request and will confirm by email once it’s done.
Sign-in providers
Deleting your Kabza account removes your data from Kabza. It does not delete your Google or Facebook account. To remove Kabza’s access to your Facebook account, you can also visit Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Kabza there.
